On June 25th, 2016, at approximately 1:20am officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended to McMullen Road for the report of a suspicious vehicle.
During the investigation it was determined the male in the motor vehicle had been drinking.
Brandon Bulman 26, of Quinte West has been charged with:
Care or Control Over 80 mgs. – 253(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada
The male was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice Belleville on July 7th, 2016.
