(PEMBROKE, ON) – On May 31, 2018 members of the Renfrew County Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Criminal Code (CC) search warrant at a residence on Miller Street in the City of Pembroke. A quantity of stolen property and drugs were seized. 22-year-old Brandon BROWNLEE, of Pembroke, is charged with the following CC and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) offences:
Break and enter into a dwelling house
Unlawfully in a dwelling house
Possession of a schedule I substance – Oxycodone
Possession of property obtained by crime
The CC charges stem from break and enters to two residences in Pembroke on May 24, 2018.
The accused was held for bail and subsequently released and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on June 12, 2018.
