(GOULAIS TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Sunday, September 21, 2014 at approximately 4:45 pm Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break and enter in progress at a residence in the 200 block on Anderson Road.
Upon police arrival, a male was caught leaving the residence.
As a result of police investigation twenty-five year old Brandon APNAR of Goulais Township was arrested and charged with one count of break and enter contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on October 20, 2014.
