(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) On February 3, 2013 at about 1:15am County of Wellington OPP officers were on routine patrol when they investigated the occupants of a vehicle at the Arthur arena. Open alcohol was observed in the vehicle, and both occupants showed signs of alcohol consumption. A Roadside Screening Device test was administered to the driver, which resulted in a fail.
Brady Cowan, age 23 of Arthur has been charged with Over 80mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on February 19, 2013 to answer to the charge.
