Brady BIMM – Drunk Driving

On Saturday March 22 at approximately 2:14am Provincial Constable Kyle Mask was on patrol in Renfrew when he observed a speeding vehicle on Lisgar Ave. The driver was also weaving and the officer stopped the truck on Highway 132. The male driver had been drinking and following an investigation the male was arrested. Following breath tests at the detachment Brady BIMM 19 of Bonnechere Valley Township was charged with impaired driving, driving over 80mgs, speeding, driving a motor vehicle with open alcohol, and being a young driver with a BAC above zero. He was released on a promise to appear in court in Renfrew on April 30. A passenger in the vehicle Matthew LAPENSKIE 23 of Bonnechere Valley Township was also charged for having open alcohol in other than a residence, licenced premise or private place.
