Bradley SEGEREN – 107 in an 80, Small Amount Of Marijuana

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A 22 year old male is facing speeding and drug possession charges following a traffic stop on Tuesday, August 26, 2014. At approximately 7:15 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed an eastbound Honda Civic speeding down Huron Road at a high rate of speed. The officer used a RADAR device to determine the driver was 27 kilometers over the 80km/h speed limit. The vehicle was stopped on Huron Road near Front Road and upon speaking with the driver the officer detected the odour of marihuana coming from inside the vehicle.

Upon further investigation the driver produced a small quantity of marihuana to the officer. The driver was placed under arrest, searched and subsequently charged.

Bradley SEGEREN, 22 years of age from Clinton has been charged with Speeding and Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He has a court appearance scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on November 3, 2014
