(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 43-year-old male after locating a vehicle on Haldimand Highway 54 in Oneida Township, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Friday May 5, 2017 at 11:59 p.m., OPP were conducting patrols in the area and located a vehicle on Haldimand Highway 54. Officers spoke with a male who was seated in the vehicle.
While speaking with the male driver, signs of impairment by alcohol were detected.
Officers investigated and the male was arrested.
OPP has charged 43-year-old Bradley KOLLEE of Cayuga, Ontario with having care or control of a motor vehicle while having with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol.
He is to appear in Provincial Court Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
If convicted, offenders are subject to penalties under the Criminal Code of Canada including a fine or jail time as well as a driving prohibition.
