(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Friday, September 19, 2014 at approximately 9:30 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of Ford pick up truck being operated erratically southbound on Hwy. 10 near Chatsworth in the Township of Chatsworth.
The suspect vehicle was stopped on Hwy. 10 near Holland Centre. The driver, who was suspended from driving, had been drinking alcohol. Breath tests were conducted.
Bradley Derwin STEWART, age 55, of Owen Sound was issued two Part III Summons for driving under suspension and for being a Class G2 licence holder with a blood alcohol content (BAC) above zero under the Highway Traffic Act.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on October 20, 2014.
