(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On November 3, 2016, at 4:56 p.m., members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended an apartment on Hillside Drive North in Elliot Lake to execute a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant.
Members from the East Algoma Crime Unit, Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Emergency Response Team (ERT), Provincial Asset Forfeiture Unit (PAFU), and the Canine Unit were involved with the investigation.
Bradley DAVIDSON, 57 years of age, of Elliot Lake, Ontario, was charged with:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine, contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Fail to Comply with Recognizance (two counts), contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code
The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on November 4, 2016, and was held in custody.
