Bradley CLOUTIER – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On October 15, 2015, at approximately 11:33 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of a vehicle driving erratically.

Officers located the white Ford pickup truck travelling northbound on Richmond Street, near Fourteen Mile Road at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was initiated, and it was determined that the male driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered, and the driver registered a “fail”.

The driver was arrested, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests, which revealed he had consumed more than three times the legal limit of alcohol.

As a result of the police investigation, 35-year-old Bradley CLOUTIER, from Lucan Biddulph, Ontario, has been charged with driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to appear in the London courts on November 17, 2015, to answer the charge.
