(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On January 7th, 2017, at approximately 1:15am officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle for a Highway Traffic Act offence.
During the stop it was also determined that the driver of the motor vehicle had been drinking.

Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood – Criminal Code of Canada 253(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada
The accused was released on a Promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville, on January 19th, 2017.
