(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Street Crime Unit has charged a 35 year old male with drug related offences after conducting an investigation at a Norfolk Street South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, January 20, 2014 at approximately 5:10 p.m., members of the Street Crime Unit were on patrol in the area of Norfolk Street South and Sydenham Street, when a male attracted the officer’s attention.
As result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 35 year old Braden Boyd FITZGERALD of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Methamphetamine
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Oxycodone (Oxy Neo)
Possession of Oxycodone (Oxycocet)
Possession of Propoxyphene
Fail to comply with Probation Order
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
