(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On January 6th, 2011 at 12:33 am, a South Bruce OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Highway 21 in Kincardine Township that was observed driving erratically. The officer quickly determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
50 year old Brad WARD of Wiarton has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 mgs. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on February 21st, 2011 to answer to the charges.
