BOZZO Charged After Wheels Come Off Semi-Tractor

(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON.) – Members of Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received report of tires coming off the rig of a semi-tractor trailer as it exited Highway 401 westbound and then again as it turned southbound onto Plank Line, in South-West Oxford.

OPP, the Ministry of Ontario along with Forensic Identification Services attended to assist with the scene.

There were no injuries.

As a result of investigation the male driver, 55 year-old Michael BOZZO of Innisfil was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with the following:

Drive commercial motor vehicle wheel detached

Drive commercial motor vehicle with major defect
