(TOWNSHIP OF MAPLETON, ON) – Today at approximately 3:30 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a head-on collision involving two vehicles on County Road 12 near County Road 45 Township of Mapleton
Township of Mapleton Fire and Rescue responded along with Guelph -Wellington Paramedic Services.
Both drivers were pronounced deceased at the scene. One passenger remains trapped and air ambulance is on route.
County Road 12 between County Road 45 and Fourth Line is closed and will remain closed for several hours while the investigation into the collision continues.
