(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Emergency services personnel; including officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded April 3 at approximately 7:30 pm to the report of missing canoeists on Pigeon Lake.
Today, April 5, at approximately 3:45 pm, the missing male was recovered from Pigeon Lake. The name is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.
The search for the remaining missing person is continuing.
