(HALDIMAND COUNTY ON) – The Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised by local hunters of a human body in the Grand River, between York and Cayuga, Haldimand County, ON.
At approximately 9:46 a.m. on Thursday November 7th, 2013 officers attended the Grand River and with the assistance of the Haldimand County Fire Department, they removed a body. The Coroner attended the scene and pronounced the person dead.
Haldimand County OPP Crime Unit is assisting with the investigation.
