(North Dundas) – On 30Nov14, at approximately 01:40 am, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police (SD&G OPP) stopped a motor vehicle while conducting a RIDE program on Main Street Chesterville, North Dundas Township.
The stop revealed that the 18yr old male driver (Bodey CINNAMON of South Dundas, ON) was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle
Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content
Novice driver – B.A.C. above zero
Young Driver – B.A.C above zero
He is scheduled to appear 16Dec14 in Cornwall court.
