(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating the theft of a boat and trailer taken from a residential driveway sometime overnight.
On July 23, 2014 an OPP officer attended a residence on Portage Road in response to the theft of an 18 foot black stratus bass boat. The boat was on a trailer bearing Ontario licence plate number B8996E and was in the laneway of the home.
Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcs.ca and submitting an anonymous tip online.
