(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County detachment investigated an act of mischief at an Erie Boulevard, Long Point, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, December 19, 2016 at approximately 5:34 p.m., police received a call from a concerned vehicle owner reporting a mischief
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that between Thursday, December 15, 2016 and Saturday, December 17, 2016, unknowns attended the address and poured a quantity of bleach into the fuel tank of a parked pickup truck located on the property.
Damage is estimated at approximately $10,000 dollars.
The OPP want to remind all residents that if they see anything suspicious to please contact the police. If anyone is found committing acts of mischief, appropriate charges will be laid.
