On December 22, 2014, the Guelph Police received reports from 400 Waterloo Avenue, that the underground parking lot had been entered. Three bicycles were reported stolen and a fourth had the gel seat and rear tire removed but its lock held strong to the culprit(s) attempt to take the bike.
