(KINCARDINE, ON) – On August 18, 2014 at 11:51 pm members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Broadway Street in Kincardine when a Grey Chevrolet Equinox stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol and there was open alcohol in the vehicle. 65 year Bevin WOODS of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with impaired driving, operate over 80 milligrams, drive while disqualified, drive while suspended and drive with open alcohol. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for August 19, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
