(Oro-Medonte, ON) – Barrie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted RIDE on Tuesday March 18th at 2:00 am on County Rd 93 (Penetanguishene Rd) and Grove St as a result of a vehicle check Bethany PRIDHAM age 30 of Barrie was arrested and charged with Exceed 80 mgs.
Her licence was suspended for a period of 90 days under the Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS) program and her motor vehicle was impounded for seven days. She is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Barrie at a future date.
Barrie OPP officers conducted RIDE checks throughout Oro-Medonte over the course of St Patricks day with numerous vehicles checked one person charged with Exceed 80 mgs. The Barrie OPP would like to remind all motorists that RIDE checks are conducted 365 days a year at anytime and place.
