(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On March 17, 2017, at 8:11 a.m., members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police were called to a residence on James Bay Junction Road in Seguin Township for a report of a disturbance.
An investigation into the event has determined that a male began yelling at people nearby. While the male was yelling, he uttered a threat.
As a result of the investigation;
Benjamin BURKE, 31 years of age from Seguin Township was arrested and charged with Uttering Threats To Cause Death or Bodily Harm, contrary to section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing.
