On Oct 22nd at approximately 11:30amm, a 53 year old male attended the Barrie Police Service inquiring about his upcoming Court Date.
Unfortunately, his Court date had actually been two weeks previous and the male was now wanted on a Bench Warrant issued by the presiding Justice.
The accused male was taken into custody and later transported to the Barrie Courts for a bail hearing.
