(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, November 29, 2014 at approximately 9:05 p.m., a Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a vehicle on Hwy. 10 north of Robson Road in the Township of Chatsworth after observing a broken brake light.
The driver of the 2000 Volkswagen vehicle was issued Part III Summons’ for the following offences: drive motor vehicle – no licence; use plates not authorized for vehicle; and operate a vehicle with no insurance.
Ben FEHR, age 34, of the Township of Georgian Bluffs, is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on December 15, 2014.
