(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 58 year old female with three (3) provincial charges following a traffic stop at a Highway (Hwy) 3, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Tuesday March 22nd, 2016 at approximately 10:15 pm, a member of the Haldimand County OPP stopped a motor vehicle on Hwy 3, for a Highway Traffic Act check.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 58 year old Joseph BELANSKY of Niagara Region, ON has been charged with operate a motor vehicle without insurance, drive motor vehicle without a licence, and drive motor vehicle with no validation on plate. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
