On Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at approximately 7:45 p.m., police were called to the scene of a break and enter at the old Victoria Hospital, located at 375 South Street.
When police arrived, two men and a woman fled into the river. The men made it to the other side and the woman was pulled from the river by police. One man was arrested nearby. He and the woman were transported to hospital for symptoms of hypothermia and were admitted. The second man was arrested at his residence.
All three have been arrested and remain in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
