(VAL-RITA, ON) – On the May 27, 2015, Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop at 11:43a.m. on Highway 11 in the Town of Val-Rita as a result of a traffic violation. As a result of a police investigation, police have charged Alexander BINYON, 23, of British Columbia as well as Niklas MEIBERT, 20, of British Columbia each with;
· Adult Possess a Schedule II Substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams as per section 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act
Both men are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing on June 8, 2015.
