(Cavan Monaghan Township) – On Saturday, November 8, 2014, at approximately 9:30 p.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP conducting a RIDE had occasion to stop and investigate a driver of a Chevrolet Cruze .on King Street East.
As a result of the investigation the vehicle driver, 48 year old Barry REDFERN of Cavan Monaghan was arrested and charged with Having over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his blood
CLOUTIER was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 11, 2014.
