(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – A County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was on routine patrol on Grand River Street, in the Town of Paris.
At approximately 9:26 p.m. an officer stopped a Ford cargo van on Grand River Street North. The officer could smell the strong odour of cannabis coming from the vehicle. The officer seized over 10 grams of marihuana from the male passenger.
Jesse MORLEY 30 years of age from the City of Barrie is facing the following Criminal charge
Possession of Schedule II Substance Cannabis-Marihuana under 30 grams
Fail to Comply with Recognizance
The accused is currently before the courts awaiting a bail hearing.
