Baby Kissing Pervert Sexually Assaults Mother – Suspect Description Released

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Queensway West, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Tuesday, March 4, 2017 at approximately 8:11 p.m., police were called to The Shire Restaurant for a report of a sexual assault.

Through the course of investigation, it was determined that an unknown male approached a table with a 2-year-old child, 13-year-old female and 16-year-old female. The unknown male then picked up the child and attempted to kiss the 13-year-old and hug the 16-year-old. The 41-year-old mother returned to the table where the male then sexually assaulted her before exiting the restaurant in an unknown direction.

The male is described as white, late twenties (20’s) approximately 5’10, average build with red/dirty blonde hair and beard. He was wearing a black coloured jacket, jeans with a black and white hat with grey coloured shoes.
