Avoid Downed Power Lines

Centre Street remains closed while crews work on the downed power lines. Westario have advised that the line has been grounded and the area is safe. We do request however that people refrain from going to the vicinity of downed lines as it cannot be determined if it is live or on and serious injury or death could occur.
