(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Tuesday April 12, 2011 a West Perth resident contacted the Perth County OPP advising that his ATV had been stolen from a rural property along Line 32 South East of Mitchell.
Investigation indicated that the ATV had been parked behind a sugar shack on the rural property on Sunday April 10, 2011. When a friend of the owner attended at the shack on Tuesday April 12, 2011 the ATV was discovered missing.
The ATV is described as a red 2007 Honda Rincon ATV. It had an Ontario licence plate of 13MX4 attached to the machine and the VIN # is 1HFTE335X74201257.
The Perth County OPP is requesting anyone who may have information about the theft of this ATV or who knows its whereabouts to contact them at 1-888-310-1122 or to call CRIME STOPPERS at 1-800-222-8477. ATV owners are reminded to secure their machines by parking them in locked garages or by locking them to solid objects.
