(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged an 18-year-old male after police stopped an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) at a Queen Street, Langton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, March 26, 2016, at approximately 4:10 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area Queen Street, when an All-Terrain Vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The ATV was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 18-year-old Franky Banman WALL of Norfolk County, Ontario with fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle and drive motor vehicle – no permit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
