(KENORA, ON) The Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 19 year old Kenora man after a report that someone attempted to enter a vehicle in Lakeside in the City of Kenora. Police received a call on Thursday, September 12th at approximately 4:00 am from a resident that there was a male in their driveway trying to get into their vehicle. Police attended the scene and located a male in the immediate area. The police investigation led to the arrest of the male.
As a result of this investigation, 19-year old Brandon BANNING of Kenora has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000. He is to attend Kenora court on October 18 to answer to the charge.
