On August 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m., Guelph Police went to Wyndham Street for the report of an altercation on a city bus. It is alleged that a female on the bus became involved with the man and woman sitting behind her. The issue became physical when the woman poured a drink over the females head and the man spat in her face. The man and woman left the bus but were located by police and arrested.
Julian Subban, 21 years of Cambridge has been charged with assault. He will appear in court on September 19, 2014.
Kayla Mason, 22 years of Guelph has been charged with assault. She will appear in court on September 19, 2014.
