(Bath, ON) – The joint forces Penitentiary Squad has laid charges against three inmates at Millhaven Institute in Bath Ont. following a serious assault in October.
On October 8 at approximately 9pm three inmates entered the victim’s cell and assaulted him. The victim was discovered at approximately 11:15pm suffering from injuries to his head. He was transported by paramedics to a nearby hospital where he was listed in critical condition. As of October 21 the victim was still in hospital in serious condition.
Charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm are: Leonard BALLANT age 35, Terrence BENT age 27 and Nickoma COTTRELLE age 31. They will appear in court in Napanee on December 3.
