(SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON.) The Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Lac Seul resident after responding to a disturbance in the hamlet of Hudson, which is located approximately 20 kilometers west of Sioux Lookout.
During the evening of January 8, 2014, officers responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a residence in the community. The investigation revealed that a 24 year old man had received a head injury as a result of an altercation with another man in the residence.
The 24 year old victim was transported to the Sioux Lookout Meno-Ya-Win Health Centre where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries, and later released.
Charged with one count of aggravated assault is 32 year old Lloyd QUEDENT of Lac Seul. QUEDENT remains in custody at this time, and will appear in Sioux Lookout bail court on January 10, 2014.
