(North Glengarry) – On November 04, 2013 at approximately 9:15pm, SD&G OPP responded to a report of a breach of conditions involving a male at a property on Harrison Street in the Town of Alexandria, North Glengarry Township. Investigation revealed the male was in contravention of conditions set out from previous incidents. Further information indicated that an altercation between the male and his ex-spouse had occurred months previous resulting in the female being assaulted and damaged caused within the residence.
The 25 year old male was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)
– Mischief (2 counts)
– Assault
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall this date (05Nov13).
