On Friday October 12, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., Guelph Police responded to a disturbance at a restaurant on Wellington Street East Guelph. Investigation revealed that a patron had become agitated and was escorted from the business. A short time later the male returned and was again asked to leave. The manager and a patron in the restaurant attempted to escort the male out of the business a second time and he pushed one and struck the other in the face. The male then fled the restaurant towards Gordon Street, and police were called. He was located a short time later and arrested.
Charly STROUZA 31 years of Guelph was charged with two counts of Assault and Cause a Disturbance by Swearing. He was held for a Bail Hearing.
