(GODERICH, ON) – A 25 year old female driver will be making a court appearance following a traffic stop last night. Just before 10:30 p.m. a driver of a silver Honda Civic was stopped on MacEwan Street for a sobriety and documentation check.
A driver’s licence check was completed which revealed the driver was currently suspended. A check on the attached licence plate revealed the plate was not authorized for the vehicle.
As a result, 25 year old Ashley MCCHARLES from Garson has been charged with Drive While Under Suspension and Use Plate Not Authorized for Vehicle. She has a court date scheduled for July 23, 2013 at Provincial Offences Court – Goderich.
