Ashley Christine LAPIER – Drunk Driving

(SARNIA, ON) – On July 25, 2018 at approximately 5:35 p.m., the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to several complaints with regard to a motor vehicle driving erratically on north bound 40 Highway between Confederation Line and Plank Road, Sarnia Ontario.

Several concerned citizens contacted the OPP with regard to an erratic driver. While the OPP were enroute the involved motor vehicle rear ended another vehicle while in motion on north bound 40 Highway.

As a result of the investigation, the OPP arrested and charged Ashley Christine LAPIER, 28-years-of-age of Sarnia, Ontario for the alleged offences of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and having more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of her blood. She provided breath samples more than twice the legal limit. She must appear at the Ontario Court of Justice- Sarnia on August 13, 2018 in order to address the allegations.
