The Owen Sound Police Service has arrested a 17-year old Chatsworth male in relation to the early morning arson spree on August 10th.
Several residences, including a 10-unit townhouse were destroyed by fire during the arson spree. Residential garden sheds were also damaged or destroyed.
The investigation is continuing and further arrests are imminent.
The youth has been charged with sixteen counts of Arson Endangering Life and five counts of Arson. The accused will be attending a bail hearing later today.
