Wingham Police have made arrests in relation to the break and enter on Shuter Street reported on February 7th, thefts from locker rooms at the North Huron Wescast Community Complex on March 2nd and several reports of thefts from garden sheds during the night of March 3rd/4th. Investigation into the matter has resulted in the arrests of Louis Flood aged 30, Joseph Topor aged 31 and Alecia Netterfield aged 27. All are residents of Wingham. In addition to these individuals, a youth of no fixed address has also been charged. The youth cannot be identified in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
On March 14th, Wingham Police executed search warrants on two Josephine Street residences and some of the stolen property was recovered along with a small amount of marijuana and marijuana plants.
