(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday July 31, 2011 the Perth County OPP received a call about sexual assaults that may have taken place in the Municipality of North Perth. The assaults occurred between 2009 and 2010 and involved a victim under 16 years of age.
The Perth County OPP Crime Unit investigated these disclosures and as a result, 52 year old Wallace Lundrigan of the Municipality of North Perth has been arrested and charged with four sexual related offences. He was released at a bail hearing on August 4th, 2011 and is to appear in Stratford Court on August 22, 2011 to answer to the charges.
