(PEMBROKE, ON) – On February 9, 2016 the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint regarding a male who exposed himself on two separate occasions to staff while at the drive through window of a Laurentian Valley Township food service business. The incidents occurred in late January 2016 and early February 2016. As a result of the investigation the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP have charged 35 year old Donald Scott MATTHEWS of Pembroke with 2 counts of committing an Indecent Act. He was released on a Promise To Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on May 3, 2016.
