(WALKERTON, ON) – On April 9th, 2011 at 1:14 am, the South Bruce OPP received a 911 call for youths breaking a fence at a residence along Hinks Street in Walkerton. Officers arrived and noted that the stop sign at Hinks Street and Coates Street in Walkerton was missing. As officers checked the area, a male dressed in dark clothing started running away from police. Following a brief foot pursuit, a male was arrested and charged with Mischief. The South Bruce OPP is continuing this investigation to identify the others involved. Anyone with information is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
