(Prescott, ON.) Upon a lengthy joint investigation involving members of the Grenville County Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Brockville Police Service, into targeted mischief and criminal harassment in the area, has concluded with an arrest on January 14, 2014 in the Town of Prescott.
As a result of the investigation, Mark LEMAY, 54 of Prescott, has been charged with the following offences:
Two counts of Mischief Over $5000
One count of Mischief Under $5000
Two counts of Criminal Harassment
He was held in custody for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville.
