On Friday evening an officer on routine patrol received information regarding an impaired driver in the area of north Bayfield St. The officer located this alleged driver near Hamner St. The officer spoke with the driver and after a short investigation demanded that the driver provide a roadside sample of his breath. The male failed the test and was arrested for driving while over 80mgs. He was taken to the station where he provided further samples of 120mgs. The 34 year old Barrie resident was charged accordingly and later released by way of a promise to appear,
